It requires humility to admit what you do not know, faith to trust in the wisdom of the universe, courage to let go of the past, a burning desire to be the best version of yourself and, the willingness to take the actions needed to advance in your own evolution.
Mastery can only be achieved through discipline, devotion and commitment to one’s goals. Once Mastery over the ego has been achieved, then and only then, can a student be ready to skillfully and effectively impart their knowledge for the benefit of others.
Contribution. No knowledge is of value if it is not shared. The qualities of generosity and gratitude are second nature to the quintessential Yogi. She lives and breathes her purpose. It is through healing herself that she becomes empowered and ready to heal the world.
